Book Now For Easter!

March 27, 2009 -- We are currently taking reservations for Easter. If you've been here before, you'll know we usually book up in advance, so don't delay, make your reservations today while sites are still available.

Please remember we are under a county wide burn ban, so campfires are not presently permitted, but you may BBQ with charcoal only as long as it is not a red flag warning day. We are in the process of renovating the campsites, so we hope you will be pleased with the larger pads, raised and leveled off, with new BBQ fire rings and lantern hangers at each table.

The lake level is just under 26 feet below spillway, which means we do not have a swim rope up and there is no swimming from our beach area...sorry! Water temp as of report Monday was only 59 degrees anyway. Our back launch ramp is still available, and we are here to help if you have problems pulling your boat up off the ramp. (4-wheel drives have no problems; 2-wheel drives sometimes do depending on size of boat.) Fishing report is that the bass are in the coves starting to spawn, there are still some crappie pockets biting, and a few good sized stripers have been snagged.
