Follow-up on Events

October 31, 2007 -- Happy Halloween to all of you. Well, the 30th Annual Dive World Underwater Pumpkin Hunt was a big success. Pictures will be available shortly at www.diveworldscuba.com and select Photo Gallery. Also, the 23rd Annual Rebel Open was a great day with wonderful turnout of 39 teams. Winners and photos are posted on www.sarebelbassclub.com and select Rebel Open. There really are fish in this lake!

Just a reminder to our regular patrons that we will be closed November 19 thru 27 for Thanksgiving Holiday. If you are planning to spend some time on the lake during that week, be sure your Annual Launch Pass is current or purchase one in advance to have access through Joe's Place. The lake is currently registering at spillway level, so we are full, and last reported water temperature was 74 degrees. Still lots of folks enjoying the lake and the weather. We will continue to be open Wed-Sun 8 a.m. to dark, weather permitting. If you have a Raincheck on file, be sure to use it by December 16, as we will be closed for the Christmas Holidays December 17 thru January 1.
