A NEW YEAR!

February 1, 2007 -- Well, we're already well into 2007. The 4 day freeze in this area created quite a winter wonderland...pictures in the office! The thaw and following rains did give the lake a 4-5 inch rise, and we're praying for more spring rains to keep the farmers happy and help the lake level. Official reading from BMA is that the lake is down 36 feet below the spillway.

We are still launching boats, and taking reservations for spring break. We will be open all week for area students to enjoy their spring break with us. We are also taking reservations for the RV park for the summer months (only 6 spaces left), as well as the cabin rental. Give us a call with your dates and we'll see what we can do to help.

Just a reminder that we do not allow glass bottles on the facility, and this year we will not be allowing dogs in our day site areas and overnight campsites, for safety reasons. We love dogs, but not everyone else does.
